Introduction

From the time I was a little girl, I knew that I wanted to help others for a living. Even playing Barbies, I had one in therapy with another being the therapist. Things got real for me when I was 16. After my mother passed away I attended a teen bereavement group through Hospice and when it was over, I knew that I had found my life's calling. No matter what, I was going to become a licensed therapist. The road getting to where I am today hasn't been easy but it sure has been worth it. ​ I am your partner in healing, problem solving, mindset and growth. No matter which path we take when we during our time together, those elements are essential to our work.
