Introduction

Do you need someone who is willing to listen and not judge? Feeling lost or confused? Unsure if therapy is even for you? Think that no one will ever “get” you? Please reach out to me. I'm here to help. I am a Clinical Social Worker who is licensed in New York State with over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I work with the adult population and specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other issues. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ Individuals and their concerns. I am a graduate of Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service (2009)and I primarily use cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and relational therapy in my work with patients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to helping patients to better understand and help themselves. I can help you develop coping skills and discover a more helpful, kind and generous way to talk to yourself that can build you up and not tear you down. I can help you feel less lost and confused.
