Hi, my name is Daniel Noriega and I'm a Mental Health Counselor. Struggling with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, uncertainty of the future and the unknown...all of these things can make someone feel lost and alone. I know this because I've lived it. Life isn't always so easy - but it can be with the right tools and perspectives. I'm here to tell you that you're not alone, and if you're willing, we can get through whatever you're struggling with together.
