Introduction

Ready to turn a new page in the chapter of your life? Take a deep breath, envision the new you without judgement. Self-assertive, healthy boundaries, free of anxiety, renewed understanding of the strengths and weakness within you, improved communication in your relationships: this can be you. My work focuses on providing quality mental health services to individuals suffering with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. In addition, I assist individuals currently experiencing significant stressors from work, life transitions, poor communication in marriage, relationships conflict, or grief. Modalities used in treatment sessions are mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients with developing coping skills to manage symptoms and stressors that will improve their quality of life. Additional trainings I have received are in dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and the Gottman method. Picture the new you: perfectly human, brave, and willing to explore how talk therapy can revamp your life with a few learned life hacks and short cuts.
