Introduction

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy here in the state of Texas. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I know what it is like to go through a tough situation, and I know how important it is to find someone that will help you using compassion and understanding. My goal is to help discover the root of your problem and come up with solutions so that you can get to the Next Level of a happy and healthy life. I utilize an eclectic approach, meaning I derive many of my ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of therapeutic approaches. My approach is largely based on a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Client Centered, & Solution Focused. I like to get results, and my method has allowed me to help many people overcome a wide variety of issues. Solutions, positive progress, empowerment, and the power to be an autonomous human being. Excellent customer service, and you will receive genuine help that comes from a source of love and compassion.
