I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, especially Scrupulosity, as well as Anxiety and Depression treatment. I proceed from a Cognitive Behavioral lens with a healthy dose of mindfulness and Thomistic Philosophy just to round things out. My entirely virtual practice offers flexibility for client appointments during the evenings and weekends as well as the freedom to do therapy when and where you want.
