Introduction

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Michigan, with 25 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, military, corrections, and Veteran systems of care. ------------------------------------ Welcome to Holdwick Psychological Services. We provide psychological evaluations for: • ADD/ADHD • Autism Spectrum / Developmental • Disability / Workman’s Compensation • Emotional Support Animal • Gender Confirmation Surgery • General Diagnostic/Psychological Evaluation • Memory and related cognitive concerns (dementia) • Military Fitness for Duty • Presurgical evaluation (e.g., bariatric, kidney, liver, etc.) Upon scheduling an appointment, you will be emailed an Intake (Life History) Questionnaire to complete prior to your initial intake. This helps guide the initial interview and selection of psychological testing. Upon completion of testing, Dr. Holdwick will meet with you to review test results, ask clarifying questions that may arise from testing, provide recommendations and answer questions you may have. ------------------------------------- The overall structure of a psychological assessment tends to follow this pattern: 1. 60-minute Initial Diagnostic Interview 2. Psychological Testing is done online, at the client’s pace and schedule. 3. 60–90-minute Follow-up Interview.
