In my practice, I help clients who are navigating the weight of self-criticism and doubt by transforming their relationship to their thoughts and feelings in a way that empowers them to evolve their self-defeating beliefs. I specialize in treating teens and young adults with OCD, anxiety and depression, helping clients build confidence, resilience, and a healthier relationship with their thoughts. Using evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I take an empathic yet structured approach to therapy. I empower clients to break free from unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their daily lives. For my younger clients, I bring parents into the healing process, giving them the understanding and skills to support their child.
