As a dedicated therapist, I specialize in working with individuals and families, guiding them through the complexities of emotional and relational challenges. My expertise spans from teenagers to adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, the BIPOC experience, gender and sexuality and family dynamics. My approach is holistic and collaborative. I believe in fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and enhance their interpersonal relationships I received my Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology with a concentration in American Racial and Multicultural Studies from St. Olaf College and my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from University of St. Thomas.
