Introduction

I have two main concentrations: 1) I work with those interested in a confidential therapeutic setting to resolve complex psychological states and feelings (such as anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, trauma, childhood, relationship difficulties, personal grief, fear, shame, worthlessness, and existential questions about meaning-in-life). 2) I work in a consultant capacity for individuals with prescribed short-term, career-minded professional goals (public speaking, presentations, meeting deadlines, writer's block, and management strategies). Academic Background My academic background is in psychology, philosophy, sociology, theology, and the sciences. My clinical training has stemmed from a number of treatment modalities and institutes and I am familiar with differing cultural and ethnic worldviews. One of my professional mandates is to provide appropriate referrals, so contact me with questions. Sub-Specialities I have a sub-speciality of helping those affected by Narcissistic Abuse at the hands of a person they have wholly trusted (a romantic partner, family member, former therapists with poor and/or exploitative boundaries, abusive cult/religious leaders). Narcissistic Abuse is real, often brings about symptoms of C-PTSD, and deserves attention. I also specialize in working with individuals and soldiers who are coping with the profound psychological impact of October 7th, the war in Gaza, and the increase of antisemitism around the world. My approach is tailored to those who have experienced: Survivor’s Guilt & PTSD – Witnessing or surviving acts of violence, losing loved ones, or feeling the weight of those who didn’t make it. Anxiety from Sirens & Constant Alerts – Living with hypervigilance, startle responses, and an ever-present sense of danger. Displacement & Uncertainty – The loss of home, routine, and stability, leading to emotional exhaustion and despair. Family Separation & Military Service – Coping with the fear and stress of loved ones being on active or Reserve duty, or experiencing the trauma of combat firsthand. Reintegration into Civilian Life – Struggling with memories, flashbacks, and finding a sense of normalcy after experiencing intense and often horrific events while in service. Coping with the Rise of Antisemitism – Facing fear, isolation, and distress due to antisemitic incidents in communities, workplaces, and online spaces. Processing the emotional impact of discrimination and hostility while developing resilience and strategies to regain a sense of safety and empowerment.
