Hello, I'm Dania Lizalde, a provider at Paving Forward Family Therapy Inc. (also known as Paving Forward). In my role as an outpatient provider, I assist individuals, families, organizations, and schools with their mental health needs by equipping them with the necessary tools to drive effective mental health care change, always keeping their unique vision at the forefront. With over a decade of experience in the mental health sector, I have worked in early intervention and prevention, psychiatric inpatient care, and emergency services. I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others as required. I work with individuals, including children aged 10-12, transitional youth aged 13-25, and their caregivers. My goal is to support them through various stressors and life stages, helping them acquire the tools needed to reduce their distress levels. Additionally, I offer mental health services for families seeking a family-focused approach. I help families gain the skills necessary to enhance communication, establish boundaries, and strengthen connections. I would love the opportunity to connect and discuss your mental health needs. Please feel free to reach out for a complimentary consultation to determine if I am the right provider for you. I look forward to hearing from you! (Although Paving Forward currently does not accept insurance, a superbill can be provided if appropriate.)
