Introduction

It is my hope to provide an authentic, effective, and inspiring counseling relationship that creates long-lasting, sustainable change for individuals and communities impacted by mental health crisis. Through my experiences in adventure hiking and trail running, I have discovered that one of the best ways to foster these partnerships is through movement in the great outdoors. Waypoint Experiences are sessions designed to take therapy to the trails and local community parks to engage in "Walk & Talk" style sessions. Curious?
