My passion is being there for people who are struggling and need a safe place to talk and feel heard. I have worked with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, domestic violence and many more of life's challenges and issues. My approach to therapy is very holistic (mind, body, spirit) and is unique to each individual client. You and I will work together to figure out what path is best for you.
