Drawing from a rich background as a therapist, attorney, & mediator, I am committed to bringing evidence-based, results-oriented therapeutic modalities to support clients navigate each stage of life. I partner with teens & adults who are curious about addressing their anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am passionate about helping people cultivate resilience, peace, joy, & connection after trauma and relational ruptures. My approach is warm, engaging, and down-to-earth.
