Introduction

I believe building a healthy connection with yourself is the springboard to living a more fulfilling life and can enhance your ability to form deeper relationships. It is so important to do our own personal work, but I always wonder how much deeper we could go if we were able to share our growth with others? What would be different if we were able to be honest with our loved ones, share in our joy, or set healthy boundaries? I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves so that they can show up in their relationships more centered and grounded. I have 4 years of experience teaching yoga which has proven extremely helpful in my practice as a therapist. I have clinical experience working with first responders, couples. and adults with anxiety related struggles. I also have ADHD and am passionate about helping others with ADHD overcome self-esteem and anxiety issues related to ADHD.
