Introduction

One of my passions is helping couples reconnect and/or deepen their connection through an effective Attachment Therapy approach. I also specialize in working with your inner child, the unexpressed feelings and needs of your younger self. Avoiding or repressing these feelings can also occur during traumatic experiences. The therapy process occurs through practicing new ways of thinking, responding and asserting yourself which often results in feeling more empowered, authentic and at peace. I look forward to helping you get "unstuck" and achieve a more gratifying and purposeful life.
