Introduction

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) trained in psychotherapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. I take a holistic approach to therapy, integrating both traditional and somatic practices to support emotional well-being and mental health. I specialize in working with individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional and physical changes that arise in midlife, including perimenopause and menopause. My approach combines evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with experiential techniques, psychoeducation, and mindfulness to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered to grow. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and lasting well-being.
