Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide therapy services to children (age 8+), adolescents and their families. Additionally, I work with adults and couples. I support and treat a wide range of issues and concerns, including (but not limited to) adjustment disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, behavioral and parenting challenges. I provide gender affirming therapy for all ages, I am a member of WPATH and can write letters for established clients to support them in their gender journey. I use play, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy models, mindfulness, EMDR, and strength based therapy interventions, and I adapt my approach to the individual needs of my clients and/or families. I have been working in the mental health field since 2003 and believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to success in therapy. I am an in network provider with Dean/ SSM Health & Quartz Insurance Companies. Additionally, I will bill any insurance on your behalf as an Out Of Network provider (OON). It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to properly understand your personal OON deductibles.
