Introduction

Struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma can leave us feeling isolated and out of control. These feelings can be so overwhelming but you do not need to continue this stressful cycle! Therapy can help give you the space to finally be heard and take back control of your life. The therapeutic process can assist in learning more about yourself and of the dynamics within relationships with those closest to you. Together, we can work towards breaking down defense mechanisms, automatic thoughts and maladaptive coping to help you begin to move forward with a new outlook. I am a LCSW with vast experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression. Meeting you where you are at is most important in our work together. Taking the time to build trust will enable us to be able to work on skills to assist you with taking control back over how your thoughts and feelings are impacting your life.
