As a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping women of all ages battle anxiety. Stressful experiences can trigger anxiety and unmanaged anxiety may escalate to panic attacks. “Am I having a heart attack?” “Am I about to die?” or “Am I losing it?”; are common questions when you are overrun with anxiety and the body is responding normally to elevated fear and stress.
