I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years experience specializing in helping women cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, grief and life transitions. I have advanced training in the area of maternal mental health as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician. I am passionate about supporting people through all phases of becoming a parent such as fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, pregnancy and postpartum depression and anxiety, and parenthood.
