I focus on treating anxiety and OCD, as well as, eating disorders. I have a passion for helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies and gaining self-confidence. I want to help my clients understand their emotions and offer them practical ways to reduce their stress and anxiety. I also have a passion for helping those navigate difficult life transitions (career and relationships).
