Introduction

I help folks who have unwanted intrusive thoughts and compulsions (OCD) to break free from the vicious cycle and overcome feelings of guilt, shame, and loneliness so that they can reclaim their life without going through the process alone and unsupported. Therapy is provided exclusively via teletherapy for adolescents and adults. I bring a calm demeanor as well as many years of experience helping others navigate life's struggles to therapy sessions and will help you to take a look at issues that are affecting you and/or those you care about and develop a plan to address these issues to achieve long-lasting change. I teach percussion to children and adults at a local music center. Music has a therapeutic quality and I am willing to help you explore how it can benefit you. I am an adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota School of Social Work, where I enjoy teaching graduate level students about serious mental health issues in adults and children.
