Introduction

I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples with a primary focus on trauma, chronic stress, and substance use. I provide therapy using an acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) approach, and offer services via teletherapy at this time. I am someone who comes from a recovery perspective, as my own experience with addiction, trauma, and recovery provide a foundation for my perspective. I hope that therapy can be a place for you to focus on the things that matter most, and I can earn your trust as an advisor and confidant.
