We can identify so much with our thoughts and be so avoidant of our emotions that we sometimes forget to be curious. But learning to be curious of our experience is the doorway to greater insight and personal freedom. Through a mindful and individualized approach, I help my clients deepen their self-understanding so they can hold themselves with kindness while making the concrete transformations they seek. In the last 15 years, I’ve been trained in a wide range of therapies, from traditional cognitive and behavioral therapies to somatic and mindfulness based approaches. I believe that good therapy is both science and art, and each session is its own unique encounter.
