Many clients feel stuck in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or unresolved pain that hold them back from living a fulfilling life. They may feel overwhelmed by emotions or uncertain about how to break free from these patterns. I bring a warm, compassionate approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients can feel fully supported in their journey. I use a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to address each person’s unique experiences and needs. Together, we explore and work through difficult emotions, past traumas, and unhelpful thought patterns, with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion. My goal is to empower clients to reconnect with themselves, building resilience and self-acceptance along the way. Through our work, they gain the tools and insights needed to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of peace.
