Introduction

Being inspired from my work in child welfare, I became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker & Mental Health Therapist over 10 years ago committed to helping individuals, couples, and families use and build upon their strengths to heal from past traumas and present life challenges and transitions. I strive to teach and guide people towards optimal mental and emotional health and secure attachments in all of their relationships. To achieve these goals, I primarily utilize one of or a combination of the following mental health treatment modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Attachment-Focused Therapy, & Emotionally Focused Therapy. Let's get started on your mental & emotional wellness journey today!
