I’m Dahlia Case, a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and challenges. I got into this work because I too have experienced challenges in my life. I know how much support from others helped me and I, in turn, want to help others experience change. I take an eclectic, client-centered approach. I’m passionate about helping you not just believe change is possible, but to support you in making it happen. My sessions are interactive, and I focus on the connection between your thoughts and behaviors. Described as empathically direct and grounding, I prioritize understanding the “why” behind your behaviors, not just coping with them. I use humor, honesty, and authenticity to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring deeper patterns. As a Christian, faith is a central part of my life and impacts my therapeutic style. I have worked with non-Christian clients and welcome those with various, limited, or no identified faith. For those who desire it, I am able to incorporate Christian faith-based practices into our work together. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. While I bring my expertise, your insights are just as important in our work together. I see therapy as a space for exploring and discovering together. Hope is the thread that runs through my practice, and I’ve seen how even a small shift can lead to powerful transformation.
