If you’re ready to take your first steps toward healing, self-improvement and healthy resolutions I am here to assist. I firmly believe that when we aim to heal our minds we subsequently heal our bodies. What you are going through isn't how your story ends. Together we can change tomorrow! Having served and retired from the US Army I am no stranger to different cultures, issues, or facades. Utilizing a hands-on approach coupled with talk therapy. I use yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and even physical activity to achieve relationship peace. You are probably wondering what makes me any different from any other therapist and the truth is, so am I. While I can't speak to the differences I can speak to my devotion and commitment to better days. We are in this together, I'm going to stay the course because this simply isn’t how this chapter ends.
