Let’s talk about your fears, stress, trauma, grief, or just vent about normal routine events in your life. I have training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and trauma treatment. This allows me to focus on a wide range of symptoms including depression, anxiety, grief, caregiver stress, and family issues. As your therapist, I will create a safe space for you to feel comfortable, heard, valued, and empowered to reach your goals.
