Introduction

I'm honored you are here and support you as you are seeking results. This is where your strength-based change experience can begin. My clinical focus is with accurate assessment of your system(s) and your natural repair capability through the comprehensive EMDR therapeutic modality. This highly personalized and powerful tool, in addition to your current performance team, can provide the boost and results you're seeking. As an Ohio Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and EMDRIA Certified therapist, I provide experience in facilitating the variations of the EMDR modality for enhanced cognitive processing that can lead you to awareness, relief, and your best self on a more regular basis. We begin with a basic program so you can get a taste of possibility. To support the value you have for your time, energy and resources and to provide you the space and attention consistency that allows for successful work, I offer EMDR Intensive programs; a brief therapeutic model focus (e.g. a week or weekend) where you experience the luxury of time and focus for you with no interruptions. Longer session time blocks in a shorter length of treatment can allow you to get into the material, experience insights and relief, and participate in session resourcing so you feel more coherent. No more rushing, abrupt session closure or therapist turnover. Standard session times are offered 9am, 1pm and 5pm. EMDR therapy programs provide you more of the modality that makes a difference (e.g. Weekday program includes customized workbook, 60 minute intake, 3-3hour sessions on M, T, Th with a 60 minute post treatment closure the following week- 12 hours of service). Evening and Weekend programs are currently also available. Executive Services are offered for no wait service provision. Curious and not sure about a full program? After your consultation and determination we’re a good fit, you can opt for a single resourcing trial intensive to evaluate the process. We process and progress at your pace with your treatment goals as the focus…always. Questions about the EMDR modality? You may also continue your research though EMDRIA.org. Whether you're seeking a 2X or 10X change, you have important things to share and I'm looking forward to collaborating with you towards your goals. Connect with me for scheduling options today.
