Cynthia is a Gerontologist and Associate Clinical Social Worker, possessing an LMSW under the clinical supervision of Tricia Payne, LISW-CP. She is a mental health normalizer with an interest in incorporating evidence-based practical techniques of mind-body psychotherapy into the counseling process, along with an eclectic variety of treatment approaches. She uses She/Her/Her’s pronouns embracing a Culturally Competent Environment focusing on increasing mental well-being, aiding resiliency, and health span, and reducing psychosocial risk factors associated with disease processes, stigmas, and life course events. Clinical interests include all types of cognitive disorders, depression, and anxieties.
