Introduction

We all often feel out of sorts and sometimes even completely overwhelmed. I specialize in working with individuals with depression and anxiety. Many of my clients are in the midst of difficult life transitions including difficulties in relationships whether marriage, family, friends or at work. Life is full of challenges and navigating changes in personal life or career changes can be overwhelming. Drawing from over 15 years of experience, I will work with you to identify your goals and build upon your unique strengths to assist you in realizing those goals. I specialize in utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR and Mindfulness approaches while working with adults, couples and families. I have an eclectic range of skills and therapeutic interventions individualized for each client, couple or family to maximize therapy and assist in making desired changes and achieving goals.
