Introduction

Supporting individuals and families experiencing challenges in life transitions is my passion. I've had the honor of helping others heal from trauma. Many people I see are experiencing the challenges including grief/loss, divorce, parenting challenges, postpartum, anxiety and depression. I utilize a strengths-based, compassionate, non-judgmental approach to healing. Cynthia has over 15 years of experience working with individuals/families and has experience working with grief, trauma, parenting, anxiety, depression and utilize trauma informed approaches to treatment including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and CBT.
