Introduction

Through adversity blooms strength. Seeking therapy, processing painful feelings, challenging yourself, and growing is a true depiction of strength. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss related issues in Hispanics and other minority groups. I utilize evidence-based treatments, in particular, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). I am a proud first-generation Latina and have been a therapist for the last 11 years, serving the Los Angeles County area. I am also bilingual in Spanish and English. I have a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology and an Enlaces Certificate, an emphasis in counseling the Latino population. I am also licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to help you reach your therapy goals. I build on strengths, teach tools, and provide support as you navigate through this challenging period towards further growth. I have had the opportunity to witness healing and growth in so many individuals over the last decade. It would be my pleasure to walk beside you on this journey.
