Introduction

I started my career in therapy after losing a loved one to mental illness and substance abuse. It was a passionate of mine to learn and help as many clients as I could. I have enjoyed over the many years helping clients grow and blossom into who, I believe they were truly meant to be. Opening up to stranger is never an easy task. Opening old wounds are very scary to do. It may actually feel easier to avoid it altogether, but I will be with you throughout the process of your journey.
