Introduction

Hello/Hola and Welcome/Bienvenido to CDH Counseling Services, PLLC: My name is Dr. Cindy, and I would like to invite you on a journey that can facilitate efficient trauma healing with a gentle approach. Under my therapeutic care, you have the option of integrating AI Technology with Working Memory Theory to receive state-of-the art EMDR Treatment and combine it with the following additional modalities and language(s): EMDR 2.0; Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP); Brainspotting; Somatic; Attachment; Parts Work; Bilingual Spanish. As a Consultant (Jan/Feb2025), I began my EMDR education and trauma specialization in July 2019. Aside from traditional, weekly/bi-weekly one-hour sessions, I also offer Intensives: blocks of time dedicated to targeting trauma events and life issues.
