Introduction

The most effective form of therapy is the kind that is individualized to a person who is motivated to make use of it. Therapy is not one-size fits all; it is instead a customized healing relationship. I will cater my intervention to you specifically. I work with clients to identify and express the parts of themselves or unmet needs that they could not previously put into words. I have academic teaching experience and also enjoy seeing young therapists/ healing professionals seeking support. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, and feminist theories with an anti-colonial and climate aware lens. I employ a variety of interventions from other theories as warranted, such as CBT. I strive to create a decolonized welcoming space for all individuals. I am very comfortable working with individual adults from late adolescence to older adults, and folx identifying across the LGBTQ, BIPOC, kink and ENM spectrum. Whatever motivates you to reach out for support now, I invite you to call for a free consultation.
