Introduction

Hi, my name is Cynthia Brice! I love living in the beautiful state of Idaho where we have the prettiest outdoors. I love to find the beauty out there in nature. I am part of that club that is not a fan of reading, but I do enjoy learning new things. The biggest joy to me is spending time with my family. We enjoy going on little trips and just being together. Therapy can be viewed as a journey and a process, and it does not have to be a journey that you embark on alone. I am here to help! The way I do this is through many different approaches. My general areas of training include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices. I use play therapy techniques when appropriate and find them so useful! Narrative Therapy is a valuable tool as well that allows us to help you find your voice and find ways to live your values and goals. I like to begin with a thorough look at your concerns and your situation. I want to understand why you are coming and what you would like to achieve. I enjoy the process of helping people see that their problems are separate from who they are!
