Specialties: Grief, Stress, Anxiety, Gender Identity, Life Transitions,

Introduction

Life is a journey of discovery and I enjoy helping you understand why you feel or think certain things, to separate out the ideas of others, be the author of your own life and live it freely. I will walk with you without judgement or expectation of what you should do or be as you get to know yourself better so you can release the pressure and be able to relax and feel comfortable and safe being who you are. I am truly honored that you have chosen to embark on this path of self-discovery and growth. As your therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can freely express yourself, explore your emotions, thoughts, and desires and find healing and empowerment. I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection and that each person is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I am trained and utilize a variety of interventions including Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Queer theory, Polyvagal work, Psychodynamic theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we will work collaboratively to tailor our work to your specific needs, challenges, and goals. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and non-judgment, as I fully acknowledge the courage it takes to share your inner world with another. I have over 20 years experience with a focus on transitional stages in life, the impacts of trauma, managing stress, anxiety, gender roles, identity and expectations, sexual diversity, and substance use issues. I look forward to getting to know you.
