I believe that the world we live in often fosters a profound sense of disconnection, not only from each other, but from ourselves. My goal is to provide a safe and accepting space for you to explore your identities, values, feelings and relationships. As a queer and trans person facing the realities of our world today, it is important to me that my work supports and stands in solidarity with marginalized people from all walks of life. I have three years of previous experience providing therapy in a community mental health setting, where I enjoyed working with adults of all ages struggling with acute and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, psychosis, and chronic suicidality. I also like working with the “extremely online” queer community, from TTRPG nerds and fandom folks to people with otherkin or furry identities. My approach to therapy is gentle and client-centered; you know yourself best, and I am honored to hear what you are able and ready to share. I hope that together we can create a space for counseling that celebrates your strengths and helps you to heal and grow.
