Introduction

We all carry our pasts with us, which influences our personalities and life challenges. I strive to build an empathic and non-judgmental relationship with clients to safely explore their unique experiences. I specialize in childhood trauma, attachment injuries, complex PTSD, relationship complexities, family estrangement, anxiety, mood disorders, codependency, process addictions and substance abuse. I also provide ASAM assessments and tailored homework exercises. My integrative approach focuses on cultivating deep, meaningful changes and reducing symptoms. I have 10 years' experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, with clinical expertise in co-occurring and substance use disorders. My therapeutic modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples Therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method and Imago. Therapy is about reclaiming your authentic Self and learning how to embrace suffering that is part of life. I will work with you to attune to your parts of Self, recognize your unfavorable coping mechanisms, and discover joyful, self-compassionate ways of living. I respond to inquiries within 3 business days.
