Introduction

We all carry our pasts with us, which influences our personalities and life challenges. I strive to build an empathic and non-judgmental relationship with my clients to explore struggles such as: childhood and adult trauma, attachment injuries, complex PTSD, domestic violence, relationship complexities, family estrangement, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, codependency, process addictions and substance abuse. My integrative approach focuses on cultivating deep, meaningful changes and reducing symptoms. I have 10 years' experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, where I specialized in co-occurring and substance abuse disorders. My therapeutic approach is a blend of ACT, CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Couples Therapy, DBT, Family Systems Therapy, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Gottman Method and Imago. Therapy is about reclaiming your authentic self and learning how to embrace suffering that is part of life. I will work with you to attune to your parts of self, safely explore your pain, recognize your unfavorable coping mechanisms, and discover joyful, self-compassionate ways of living. I respond to inquiries within 3 business days.
