Taking the time to focus on yourself, your relationships, and your future is never a wasted investment. I have a passion to serve and walk alongside clients who desire to make lasting changes in their lives. I utilize strengths-based approaches to therapy and work with clients to not only create a new narrative through which to view their lives but will equip them with the tools to be successful in maintaining that new way of functioning. I also have a passion for the LGBTQ community and desires to walk with any individual or couple who are processing through their own sexuality or sexual identity. Working to build strong couples within our community is a passion for me. I am happy to offer a 20 min free phone consultation to see if this would be a good therapeutic match.
