Introduction

I began providing counseling services professionally while working in higher education where I served as a faculty counselor and director of counseling for approximately five years combined. And I taught graduate counseling courses for more than ten years to remain competent as a Person-Centered and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapist. More recently I became equipped as a "relational counselor" working with couples under the tutelage of Imago Therapist founders Drs. Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt. I began my private practice in 2019 under the brand of Relationships Refocused, PLLC.
