My goal is to help people experience real-life transformation - finding meaning and well-being in their lives. I utilize therapies that help people change relationship dynamics, overcome negative thinking, and start new life habits. I also enjoy incorporating spiritual aspects to my counseling for those who are interested. My biggest boast as a therapist is that I make people feel like I've been where they are, regardless if that's the brink of divorce, the mires of depression, or the self-defeating loop of addiction.
