Introduction

Hi, I'm Crystal! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I have lived in various places on the east coast and in Japan. Of all the places I’ve lived, I like Tucson the best. I like traveling, spending time with other people, watching my daughter flourish and trying new foods so feel free to tell me about your favorite recipes and places to eat! I enjoy working with teens and adults and use modalities including DBT, Rogerian, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and CBT. I utilize techniques such as role-play, simulation, parent-child interactive, behavioral assignments, activity monitoring, thought recording and other activities befitting to provide individualized, eclectic counseling services. I believe that the relationship between counselor and client is a collaborative one. I help clients resolve troubling issues they were previously unable to find solutions for. A unified individual is able to feel freedom, confidence and to make viable decisions for themselves. I will help you get there.
