Introduction

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, currently under supervision, meaning I am not authorized to do conduct my own private practice as of yet, though I am authorized to see clients under a supervisor. My supervisor is Lisa Delaplace LCSW-S. This space is for those that are either starting therapy for the first time or for those who have given themselves and therapy another chance. This space is for those with problems that may range from feeling held back in life, identity and sexuality issues, as well as working with any sexual/kink shame, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. In this space we will tackle down and address all issues/thoughts that you have been rejecting or refusing to accept by using escapisms. This space is for those who just want to be heard and validated, so allow me to be your listener and together we can find the path to a healed/healing you. I utilize a person-center approach while incorporating Mindfulness and CBT. I empower my clients to take control of their situation within the session by allowing them space and control to tailor any treatment modalities used to their liking and comfort. I find that the difference in people when it comes to battling their pain and/or mental health is those who have been consumed by their pain to the point of rejecting themselves from seeing it's affects, to those who have accepted that their pain has been consuming them and are now ready to battle for the sake of a healed self.
