Introduction

Call or Text 214-851-9510 to schedule an appointment. As a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals find healing, resilience, and hope in their lives. I specialize in trauma-informed care, using evidence-based therapies such as Trauma-Focused CBT and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to assist clients in processing painful memories, overcoming anxiety and depression, and building healthier coping strategies. My approach is holistic and collaborative, creating a compassionate, safe space for personal growth. I believe every individual has the power to heal. My goal is to be a guide and support you on your quest for healing, improved health, and self-actualization. Whether you are struggling with traumatic experiences, anxiety, grief, depression, or relationship struggles, I will work with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that meets your unique needs. Therapy can be transformative, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to insurance and insurance copays to make things as easy as possible for you. I currently accept: Aetna, Cigna, BCBS TX.
