Introduction

Crystal is a dedicated and gifted counselor whose presence immediately puts others at ease. She has a rare ability to make people feel safe and understood, encouraging them to become aware of their deepest thoughts and feelings. Crystal's education along with her life experiences uniquely prepare her to offer wise and empathetic counsel to those desiring help on their journey. Deeply committed to helping individuals grow and experience healing, Crystal blends clinical expertise with a warm, personable approach. As the driving force behind Texoma Counseling & Development, she fosters an environment where clients feel heard, supported and understood, emphasizing meaningful connections, community, and holistic well-being. Before her diverse experience in both private practice and organizational settings, Crystal started with a strong educational base. She earned a B.S. in Exercise Science and an M.S. in Psychology, along with several certifications and advanced trainings. Over the years, Crystal has had the honor of working with high-performance teams, successful individuals, and esteemed consultants, focusing on the mental health needs of both family dynamics and workplace change. Central to Crystal's practice is her Christian faith, which serves as the foundation for all she does. She subscribes to integrative cognitive behavioral therapy as her default modality, approaching the whole person holistically—mind, body, and spirit. Outside of her professional life, Crystal is a devoted wife and mother who practices what she preaches, maintaining her own holistic well-being. Her vision for Texoma Counseling and Development is to create a space where clients can explore their potential, heal from past wounds, and step into a more fulfilling future. Her work is not just a profession but a calling to serve and uplift others in their journey toward wholeness.
