Introduction

My happiness comes from helping someone see the potential that has always lived inside of them. My speciality is watering the seeds of the garden you’re trying to grow. In the counseling room, I take an eclectic approach and am sure to sprinkle in techniques from strengths based therapy, positive psychology, with a splash of CBT and DBT. But genuinely, I just want to be another down-to-earth person in the room helping you navigate your own journey in this crazy thing we call life. I believe that each of us come to counseling when we are not in our ideal space, and that the reasons we seek help are as unique as we are. I work well with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. But my true niche is connecting with adolescents and LGBTQIA+.
